Regulation (EU) 2023/1545 expands fragrance allergen labelling by adding 56 new substances to Annex III of the Cosmetics Regulation.
The transition period is ending soon:
- 31 July 2026 – last date to place non-compliant products on the market
- 31 July 2028 – final sell-through deadline
With the 2026 deadline fast approaching, manufacturers should urgently review formulations and packaging to remain compliant.
