UK Responsible Person - Cosmetics
If you are a cosmetic products company, a cosmetic manufacturer, or cosmetic brand owner outside of the United Kingdom, and intend to establish and/or sell cosmetic products in the UK market, you must have a UK Cosmetics Responsible Person to act as your legal representative.

- Release MDSS-UK RP’s name and address for product labelling included
- Acting as initial point of contact for competent authorities within the UK included
- Keeping and maintaining the Product information file (PIF) included
- Provide unlimited phone, fax and email support included
- Update and advising on future regulations and legal changes included
- Store and maintain the list of economic operators in order to have detailed traceability information included
- Providing of Certificate of UK Cosmetic Product Notification (upon notification)
